Refund policy

Free 30-Day Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are free within 30 days of the date your order is delivered. We cover return postage within Australia.

Eligibility
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Starting a Return or Exchange
Contact us at info@emichael.com.au with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. Once approved, we will send you return instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Once your exchange is approved, we send the replacement size or colourway at no additional shipping cost, subject to availability. If the replacement is unavailable, we will refund the original item instead.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@emichael.com.au.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us promptly so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Custom or personalised products
